Kismet Bagels is looking for a Full Time Team Member for our Bagel Shop in Manayunk in Philadelphia! This position is for Full Time. Our Shop is open 7 days per week, and we are looking for someone to work 32-40 hours per week. Schedule is Saturday-Tuesday, with frequent possibility of a 5th shift per week.
We thrive under pressure, have a blast servicing our customers, and take great pride in creating the same wonderful high quality product over and over again.
Our shifts begin at 6am with setup/prep. Shop is open 7am-2pm Daily and we are almost always busy. Between online orders and in house, it's very busy for the bulk of the shift, so be ready for that! Everyone works together as a team, and checks their ego at the door. No task is above or below anyone.
This job requires Front of House (Register, Coffee, Restocking the customer fridge) tasks. Hospitality and organization is key.
Compensation: $15 per hour + tips (weekly total average between $20-$22/hr)

Compensation Details
