WHO WE ARE:
We are Pasta Night- A pasta restaurant & market located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. From the people behind Ciao, Gloria- a daytime cafe and bakery (located directly across the street.)
Pasta Night is a cozy and casual neighborhood trattoria, serving an assortment of handmade pasta dishes, mains, and of course, classic Italian sweets and spoon desserts, provided by Ciao, Gloria herself.
With a great vibe, a solid menu, awesome staff and a chill atmosphere, our goal is to become a beloved local spot.

WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITION:
Line/Pasta Cooks:
Line Cook / Pasta Cook
This role is responsible for cooking and executing fresh pasta dishes to order, maintaining station organization, and working efficiently during busy service. The ideal candidate has strong knife skills, experience with fresh pasta, a sense of urgency, and a collaborative attitude. Responsibilities include prep, service execution, food safety compliance, and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards. Weekend and evening availability required. 1-2 years of experience necessary. Familiarity with Italian food, ingredients and Spanish speaking a plus.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
