CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Must have 2 years + experience in a fast paced NYC restaurant as a Busser or Food Runner
• Must have a strong interest in or experience with Mexican cuisine and agave spirits
• Must be able to lift & a carry at least 50 pounds
• Must have Sunday availability
• Must be able to take constructive criticisms and work well in a team dynamic
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be warm, knowledgeable and noticeably appreciative
• Accommodate guests by making each individual feel welcome
• Be aware of service flow, dining timing, and adjust for each guest’s individual needs
• Act professional and accommodating and always maintain composure
• Implement and follow steps of service
• Complete opening and closing side-work
• Maintain sanitation to DOH standards

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
