Good Clean Fun is a Natural Wine Bar, Restaurant, and Bottle Shop in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. For over four years, we’ve been pouring delicious, low-intervention wines and serving up good vibes. We’re rooted in hospitality, community, and celebrating the laid-back excellence of LA’s food and wine culture.

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Line Cook to join our Back of House team. Someone who takes pride in a clean, organized kitchen and loves being part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepping Ingredients: Efficiently prep a variety of ingredients ensuring they are ready for use in dishes. This includes chopping, marinating, and portioning.
• Cooking: Follow recipes to prepare dishes with precision and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized cooking station, ensuring food is cooked to perfection.
• Dishwashing: Responsibly manage cleaning duties, including washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
• Shift Tasks: Perform various tasks as needed during shifts, such as inventory management, maintaining kitchen equipment, and assisting with food storage.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Learning & Growth: Demonstrate a willingness to learn about our unique wine selections and integrate this knowledge into food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Passion for food and an interest in natural wines.
• Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• A desire to grow culinary skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
