Scratchboard Kitchen is hiring a full-time AM Line Cook. This position runs an AM line station during service.
Responsibilities

Run an AM line station during service

Complete daily prep

Execute prep lists and manage pars accurately

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and station standards
Qualifications

1–3+ years professional line cook experience

Comfortable managing both prep and service

Organized, efficient, and reliable
Schedule & Pay

Full-time, 5 days per week (AM focused)

$20-21/hour, based on experience

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $21.00)
