Knowledge of Italian cuisine and a solid understanding of wine (Italian wine experience strongly preferred)
Full-time availability with the ability to work double shifts
Prior serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
Polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Ability to guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and wine recommendations
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support the floor and bar team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
Responsibilities Include:
Providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest
Presenting menu items with confidence and accuracy
Making informed food and wine pairings
Maintaining a clean, organized section and side stations
Working collaboratively with the front- and back-of-house teams
Upholding all service standards, policies, and sanitation guidelines
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
