WORKING on a new project built around modern luxury: polished but playful, high standards without stiffness, and the kind of hospitality that turns first-timers into regulars.
We’re looking for a top Host / Maître d’—someone who loves people, loves the room, and treats every reservation like the start of a relationship.
What you’ll do

Own the door and the flow: manage reservations, pacing, and seating strategy to protect the vibe.

Deliver luxury customer service with heart: warmth, kindness, calm authority—guests feel cared for immediately.

Create regulars: remember names and preferences, leave thoughtful notes, and follow up after visits when appropriate.

Be the communication hub: coordinate with captains, floor managers, and the kitchen to keep service smooth.

Use tech confidently: reservation systems, guest profiles, notes, waitlists, messaging—organized and detail-oriented.

Host like you mean it: you bring “dinner party energy”—anticipation, generosity, and taste.

Experience

Prior experience as a Host / Maître d’ high-standard restaurant or luxury retailer is strongly preferred.

NYC experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($90,000.00 - $110,000.00)
