Job Details
Our Line Cook prepares food using recipes created by our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Ensure all equipment and appliances are ready for use.
• Prep food for the day. This includes cleaning and cutting ingredients, preparing appetizers,
entrees, and desserts.
• Plate prepared foods based on the Executive Chef’s and Sous Chef’s guidance.
• Work with servers to ensure orders are completed according to request and on time.
• Ensuring that all kitchen operation procedures, including food handling, storage, and hygiene
meet safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
• As part of our team atmosphere, each employee will be expected to help others when the occasion
arises, even if it is not part of your day-to-day job description
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
