The award-winning Knightsbridge Restaurant Group which is owned and operated by a James Beard nominated restaurateur is currently conducting a search for a talented General Manager to work at our newest Italian concept, Rosselli. The selected candidate must have a solid grasp on Italian Cuisine with a true sense of craft. Candidate must have experience working in fine dining restaurants as a General Manager. In this role, you will be working with a critically acclaimed Michelin Star Executive Chef.

Desired Requirements:
- The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a James Beard and Michelin-stared restaurant or restaurant group
- Experienced in hiring and training staff
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom line profitability
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- Knowledge of domestic and international wines
- Candidate with experience in Tripleseat is a plus
- Computer proficiency
