Kismet is not a restaurant, we are an open kitchen retail shop with an abundance of culinary & home-focused goods. Position responsibilities include producing baked goods from a roster of shop favorites and helping to create rotating specials. We love wowing our customers and cooking with the best, seasonal ingredients we can get our hands on! There's lots of room for growth in a respectful work environment with a fabulous-but-small team. Maintaining a tidy workspace, stellar time management skills, responsible for daily opening & closing cleaning procedures, taking inventory, maintaining equipment, etc. Neat & organized is a must! Needs to be a self-starter, and most importantly, a team player: ready to lend a hand in all departments when needed.
Our staff is small, our hours flexible and 90% are daytime- weekends are part of the deal.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($24.00 - $26.00)
