Bartender/ Server for 3 shifts a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bartenders should be naturally outgoing, engaging, and fun. They create a welcoming, approachable environment that brings a sense of ease.
- Bartenders must possess a thorough knowledge of all aspects of service, including the food and beverage program.
- Bartenders must have a comprehensive understanding of our menu, including ingredient sourcing, seasonality, preparation methods, and the inspiration behind each dish and drink. They should also be well-versed in food allergies, aversions, and special dietary considerations.
- A deep understanding of our cocktail menu, wine-by-the-glass offerings, spirits, beer, coffee, and tea programs is essential. Bartenders must also be fluent in spirit knowledge, cocktail history, classic cocktails, and the New York cocktail scene. Familiarity with industry veterans and regulars is a plus.
- Bartenders must be capable of performing wine service.
- Bartenders are natural leaders in the restaurant, often being the last point of interaction with guests, and ensuring a positive final impression.

When applicable and lawful, we deduct the tip credit of $5.65 / hour from the NY State minimum wage of $17.00 / hour.
