Job Summary
We’re hiring a Dishwasher to support the culinary team at the Turks Head Tasting Room in West Chester. You’ll be responsible for keeping dishes, cookware, and equipment clean and sanitized, maintaining an organized dish station, and completing scheduled cleaning tasks throughout the building.

Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment

Keep the dish station clean, organized, and stocked (chemicals, racks, trash bags, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness of dish area floors, sinks, drains, and surrounding BOH areas

Take out trash and recycling, clean bins, and break down cardboard

Clean and restock bathrooms (floors, toilets, sinks, mirrors, soap/paper supplies)

Clean and maintain the dining rooms as needed (sweeping/mopping, wiping surfaces, trash removal)

Assist with basic kitchen support tasks as needed (restocking, simple prep, etc.)

Notify the Chef team of equipment issues or low supplies
Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience welcome but not required — we will train
