Job Summary
We’re seeking a Line Cook to join our team at the Turks Head Tasting Room in West Chester. You’ll execute dishes with precision and consistency, prep seasonal ingredients from scratch, and be part of a kitchen built for cooks who want to learn, sharpen their skills, and push their creative passions forward.
What You’ll Be Doing

Execute dishes with precision, speed, and pride

Prep fresh, seasonal ingredients from scratch (chopping, portioning, sauces, etc.)

Set up and stock your station with necessary supplies

Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency in taste and presentation

Maintain a clean, organized, “dialed-in” station throughout service

Communicate clearly with the team and support the flow of service

Be part of service where wine and food pairings are central to the experience

Contribute ideas as the menu evolves and specials rotate

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Assist with inventory and prep lists as needed
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of professional kitchen experience preferred (but mindset matters most)

Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and clean habits

Calm under pressure and dependable when it counts

Coachable, eager to grow, and proud of your craft

Comfortable lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working a busy service

Passionate about food — and hungry to develop your voice as a cook

Curious about wine and excited by the idea of food + wine pairing
