Arvine is in search of a friendly and professional Host to be the face of our restaurant, providing the first impression to our guests that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. This role is crucial for managing the flow of our dining room, ensuring guests are promptly seated, and maintaining smooth communication between all departments.

Position Requirements:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: High proficiency in communication, capable of articulating clearly and effectively with both guests and team members across all departments.
• Organizational Skills: Adept at managing reservations, handling seating arrangements efficiently, and organizing the dining room to accommodate our guests’ needs.
• Customer Service Oriented: A welcoming demeanor and a genuine desire to meet and exceed guest expectations, making their dining experience unforgettable.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the management and service teams to ensure a smooth operation and high level of service.
• Professional Appearance: Commitment to maintaining a professional, well-groomed appearance in line with Arvine's standards.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with reservation systems and basic office software to manage bookings and communicate with guests and staff.
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant's schedule.
