Hello!
Nettare is looking for a part-time or full-time server & barista to round out our team! Located on Chicago Ave in West Town, we are a chef driven and community focused group of industry professionals who love serving great food and drinks. A coffeeshop cafe during the day dinner and cocktail service at night.
The cafe is open 7 days a week with dinner services Wednesday-Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- As part of our AM team you will be cross trained on our bar & coffee programs while acting as a server for our dining room.
- Maintain knowledge of all coffee, beverage, and food menu's
- This role will be a backup barista in the event of the absence of one of our full time baristas. You may occasionally be asked to execute espresso beverages or open our cafe. Experience as a barista is highly encouraged.
The person we're looking for:
- has at least 3+ years of front of house industry experience. /barista experience is a plus!
- is community focused and open to collaboration.
- is willing to float and fill in other positions as needed.
- is familiar with Toast and Resy.
- has both Bassett and ServSafe certifications?
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($24.00 - $26.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $60.00
