Title: Pastry Cook (French Éclairs) - $16-24/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Location: Tysons, VA
We’re launching a premium French pastry + coffee concept. You’ll produce and finish signature éclairs, creams, glazes, piping, and daily prep in a clean, organized workflow.
What you’ll do:
- Produce & finish éclairs (choux, fillings, glazes, toppings)
- Daily prep, scaling, organization, cleanliness
- Support consistent quality and speed for service
Must have:
- Reliability, attention to detail, strong work ethic
- Food safety knowledge and habits (safe storage, labeling, temps, sanitation)
- Basic pastry skills + comfort with fast-paced production
Nice to have:

French pastry experience (choux, pastry creams, glazing)
