About the Role:

Sodexo Live! is seeking an experienced and driven Lead Cook to help deliver an elevated culinary experience for international travelers. Experience with Korean cuisine is strongly preferred, along with a passion for producing high-quality, thoughtfully prepared dishes.

Experience with Korean cuisine is strongly preferred, along with a passion for producing high-quality, thoughtfully prepared dishes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of proven culinary background in fine dining, high-volume kitchens, airline lounges, or luxury hospitality environments.
- Strong ability to multitask while consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
- Professional presence with a genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items requiring both short- and longer-term preparation times.
- Read food orders or receive verbal instructions and prepare items accurately and efficiently.
- Follow standardized recipes, production guidelines, and corporate, federal, and state regulations.
- Utilize a wide range of kitchen equipment and classical cooking techniques for small and large batch production.
- Perform food prep tasks including washing, peeling, cutting, trimming, and portioning proteins and produce.
- Taste and evaluate food quality, estimate production needs, and maintain accurate production records.
- Maintain clean, sanitized workstations and equipment in compliance with Sodexo and regulatory standards.
- Attend allergy awareness, foodborne illness, safety training, and required in-service sessions.
- Comply with all Sodexo safety, risk management, and HACCP policies and procedures.
- Report accidents, injuries, and safety concerns promptly and accurately.
- Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and hazard assessments as required.

You Will:

Prepare and serve food in an a la carte setting and operate grill or specialty stations as assigned.
Ensure all dishes meet established quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirements.
Collaborate closely with culinary and hospitality team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Support daily kitchen operations, including preparation, inventory awareness, and organization.
Execute menu items that reflect the sophistication, quality, and hospitality standards of Korean Air.

Ensure all dishes meet established quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirements.
