The Shift Supervisor supports the day-to -day operations of F&F Pizzeria, working closely with management teams to ensure smooth and successful service. This role helps uphold company standards, supports financial goals, and delivers an exceptional guest experience. The Shift Supervisor works alongside the team providing hands-on leadership and support to provide memorable customer service and outstanding hospitality. A genuine love for great food and great people is a must.

What You'll Do:
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Ensure a friendly service experience for all guests, responding positively and promptly to guest concerns and complaints
- Drive service standards through hands on leadership and active participation
- Communicate clearly with Kitchen leadership
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the workspace following NYC DOH regulations
- Properly open and close the physical operation completing any work with management for all necessary reporting financials
- Run all technology needed to execute daily operations, including POS, delivery, and scheduling/time & attendance platforms

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($30.00 - $35.00)
