F&F Pizzeria is gearing up for our next project and looking for great service professionals to join the opening team.
Counter Servers are a guest facing employee tasked with executing all in-person and online orders during a scheduled shift. You will work closely with the F&F Pizzeria managers to maintain high standards of customer service, keep an organized work station, and work efficiently in a fast paced high intensity environment. You will work alongside and support all F&F team members to execute a successful and smooth service and possess a passion for hospitality, customer service, and pizza.
You will be responsible for:
- Being knowledgeable of our full menu and preparation, including specials
- Entering in-person and online orders accurately in the POS
- Processing payment and ensure all guests leave happy
- Working with the team to ensure timely completion of orders
- Assisting to keep work areas clean and well stocked
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Maintaining a positive, outgoing demeanor during service
- Assisting co-workers as needed
- Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years in a counter service restaurant with opening/closing experience.
- A serious love of good pizza, made with the utmost care
- A patient and friendly attitude with customers, even demanding ones
- Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a strong sense of organization
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time while working near the heat of pizza oven
- A positive attitude
- Punctuality, with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Desire to learn and grow in the culinary field
- Willingness to carry / heavy objects when necessary (up to 30 lbs)
- Familiarity with Toast POS and DoorDash is preferred but not required
- Food handlers certificate preferred, but not required

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $19.00) plus tips
