Job Description: General Manager – Piccadilly Pub

About Us
Piccadilly Pub reimagines the neighborhood tavern as a fun, fast-casual community pub. We offer approachable, community-friendly pricing and a welcoming, no-reservations-needed experience. Our menu features house-made fish and chips, fried chicken sandwiches, Irish spice bags, and creative chip-based dishes, alongside local cider, proper pints and pours, and the debut of Piccadilly’s frozen Irish coffee.

Connected to Piccadilly Market, the Pub operates as its own concept while encouraging thoughtful crossover between food, beverage, and retail—including the option for guests to bring in wine from the Market for a small corkage fee. At our core, Piccadilly Pub is about great hospitality, strong neighborhood connection, and creating a place guests want to return to again and again.

The GM is also expected to collaborate closely with the Market Beverage Buyer on cross-promotional initiatives that benefit both concepts.

    • Beverage purchasing and product sourcing

Financial & Business Management
  • Work directly with the Director of Operations and ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance goals.
  • Manage the Pub P&L with a strong focus on labor, COGS, and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust operations as needed.
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to drive sales.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all building-related needs, including:
    • Maintenance coordination and basic handiwork oversight
    • Vendor communication related to facilities
    • Site safety and cleanliness standards

  • Maintain open communication with Market leadership to ensure alignment across the building.
  • Support initiatives that enhance the guest experience across both the Pub and Market while respecting operational boundaries.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of restaurant or bar management experience; General Manager experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of bar-focused operations and beverage-driven revenue.
  • Proven ability to lead managers and hold teams accountable.
  • Experience managing labor, COGS, and P&L performance.
  • Comfortable overseeing facilities, maintenance needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hospitality-first mindset with a commitment to neighborhood-focused service.
