Service Bar DC is looking for an energetic, positive, and hospitality-driven Front of House team member to join our award-winning crew. We are looking for a team member interested in joining our team and grow into a role with us. All front of house team members begin as a support staff team member and have the opportunity to work up to a server and eventually become a bartender with our team. We also have opportunities to join our bar prep team as well, and can look for a blended role between front and back of house.

• Reliability, accountability, and attention to detail

• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Prior bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate

Requirements

2-3 years experience in a similar role
Evening/Late night availability
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Adherence to employee handbook and guidelines such as tardiness, cleanliness, and ability to promote a professional work environment
