The Executive Dining room serves a weekly changing a la carte menu. High standards for quality and consistency, attention to detail and ability to multitask a must. Mondy to Friday AM schedule with holidays off. Some evening events.
Responsibilities Include:
-executing preparation for daily menus and special events in a fine dining setting
-maintain a clean and hygienic workstation and professional appearance
-ensure food taste and presentation maintain the highest possible standards
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
-3 Years of Restaurant or Hotel experience, ideally in a NYC fine dining or upscale setting.
-A Culinary School Degree or Comparable Trade School Certification
-A positive, can do attitude
-clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
-The ability to multi-task and work quickly to achieve daily production goals.
-A passion for food and cooking above all else.
