The General Manager is responsible to lead all aspects of FOH operations, hospitality and service in our established fine dining restaurant to best provide best-in-class experiences for our guests.
The General Manager will establish SOPs, train and educate the service team to provide high quality customer experience for a discerning clientele. Must achieve profitable sales through efficiencies and conscious management decisions aligned with what's best for our guests and for the business.
Scope of role:
- Model hospitality and lead the team to offer world-class guest experiences.
- Develop, train and coach managers and team to stay professional in all circumstances.
- Reward, recognize and develop team.
- Ensure compliance with DOL, DOH compliance and guest satisfaction metrics and profitability.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and model hospitality to inspire a diverse team to provide elevated service.
- Build revenue and achieve budget, by managing costs and meeting sales goals while operating without compromise.
- Ensure the timely completion of required operational and financial reporting and staff scheduling and daily admin reporting.
- Maintain a safe and healthy, respectful environment for guests and employees.
- Communicate and interact effectively with all departments, vendors, partners, clients and guests.
- Full-time, flexible availability.
