- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage waitlists and reservations using RESY
- Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with RESY is preferred
