JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work in prep kitchen daily
- Follow recipes to ensure consistency for a fantastic guest experience
- Receive deliveries
- Maintain clean and organized stations and storage
- Adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Work as a team with all team members
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong knife skills and ability to work all stations
- Food Handlers certificate necessary
- Ability to keep a positive work environment for you and your peers
- Must Have 3 years prep cooking experience.
