We are looking for a General Manager to lead our small and passionate team at our intimate fine dining restaurant in the East Village. We hope to find someone who shares our passion for positive change in the industry and is an organized communicator and an empathetic leader of people.
Any potential hires will be expected to:
Assist in administrative work alongside ownership
Grow and develop the skills and knowledge of the FOH team
Is responsible for maintaining a high level of service
Strives for improvement of service and FOH operations
Coordinates private events and assists with reservations
Qualifications:
Multiple years of restaurant management experience, ideally some experience in fine dining
Proficiency in wine knowledge and service
Penchant for warm and polished service style
Adept in sales and growth-minded
Interest in NYC restaurants
Is a clear and consistent communicator
Passion for developing and mentoring team members
