The Role
We are seeking a confident and reliable server with strong floor experience, capable of delivering exceptional guest service while also supporting team coordination during service. This position offers a clear path for growth in the short term toward Head Server or Floor Manager.
Requirements

Proven experience in full-service restaurants

Fluency in English and Spanish (Italian is a strong plus)

Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and guest relations

Ability to lead by example and support team coordination on the floor
