Job Details

Rooster & Owl is currently looking to add an entry to advanced level line cook to our team. We are a small family run business that focuses on cooking great food and cultivating a great culture. We have garnered plenty of accolades from the Michelin Guide, Washington Post, Eater DC, James Beard, and RAMMY just to name a few. What we are looking for:

- at least one year of experience at a reputable restaurant is preferred

- a sense of urgency

- desire to learn and improve on the craft

- good knife skills

- good communicate skills

- ability to work well in a small team dynamic

What we have to offer:

- dinner only Tuesday thru Saturday (Sunday/Monday off each week)

- no lunch or brunch shifts

- competitive wage and reasonable work hours (50 hours average with overtime)
