Job Details
Rooster & Owl is currently looking to add an entry to advanced level line cook to our team.  We are a small family run business that focuses on cooking great food and cultivating a great culture.  We have garnered plenty of accolades from the Michelin Guide, Washington Post, Eater DC, James Beard, and RAMMY just to name a few.  We attribute our success to the team that we have built thus far, and we are looking to add another member to the family.  For more information about the restaurant, visit www.roosterowl.com.
 
What we are looking for:
- at least one year of experience at a reputable restaurant is preferred 
- a sense of urgency
- desire to learn and improve on the craft
- good knife skills
- good communicate skills
- ability to work well in a small team dynamic
 
What we have to offer: 
- dinner only Tuesday thru Saturday (Sunday/Monday off each week)
- no lunch or brunch shifts
- competitive wage and reasonable work hours (50 hours average with overtime)

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($51,000.00 - $53,000.00)
