Ninepin Hospitality operates BRASS, The Tusk Bar, Caffé Tusk, and Moby’s East Hampton. We host everything from intimate private dinners to full-venue buyouts, corporate events, and weddings.
We’re hiring an Event Sales Manager to lead our private dining and events business across all venues, owning the full process from inquiry through execution.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle all private dining and event inquiries
- Build proposals, price events, and close contracts
- Set menus, beverage packages, minimums, and fees
- Manage contracts, deposits, and final billing
- Create and distribute BEOs
- Coordinate with culinary, bar, and operations teams
- Be on-site for events and manage real-time changes
- Track pipeline, revenue, and pickup
Your Ideal Background
You come from restaurants, boutique hotels, or high-end catering and understand how to sell events that actually work on the floor. You’re organized, confident with clients, comfortable talking money, and calm when plans shift.
Requirements
- 4+ years in events, hospitality, or guest relations
- Strong communication and organization
- Tripleseat and OpenTable experience
- Able to manage multiple venues and seasonal volume
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
