Retail Salesperson

Misipasta, established in 2019, is our pasta and Italian specialties company which combines retail and hospitality into a signature brand. Our goal is to provide guests with specialty products as well as the knowledge and tools, so that they can recreate aspects of the acclaimed Misi and Lilia dining experiences beyond the restaurant walls.

The Misipasta store will blend the classic Italian specialty market & aperitivo bar, with modern retail experiences. We will be providing a highly interactive and curated space for guests, and the store team members must model warm and gracious hospitality while maintaining brand standards. The key focus of this role will be on guest relations and retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide service and create experiences for all store guests, at our Grovehouse standard of hospitality
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Misipasta retail products
• Prepare for store hours by maintaining retail inventory/needs
• Maintain physical cleanliness and upkeep of the store
• Make local deliveries, while ensuring safe and accurate transportation of orders.
• Packaging and loading of orders onto the van.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Duration of the shift is spent on your feet.
