We are currently recruiting for a Coffee Server!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-touch, personalized coffee and beverage service
- Create a calm, welcoming morning atmosphere
- Maintain immaculate service standards
- Engage confidently with a discerning, members-only clientele
Qualifications:
- Experienced in coffee, café, or elevated hospitality service
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a quiet-luxury, sober environment
- Passionate about wellness, community, and intention
- At least 2 years of serving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Lift up to 50 pounds of weight
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk, carry multiple objects
