Lily Pond Club NYC is hiring an experienced barista! Prior manual espresso machine & milk steaming experience required for all applicants.
We are looking for somebody who:
• Has great people/customer-service skills
• Takes initiative
• Is passionate about coffee
• Understands dial-in and flavor of well extracted espresso shots
• Can do latte art - please list designs you can do or send pictures when emailing your resume!
• Understands the consistency, temperature, and mouthfeel of well-crafted coffee drinks
• Pays attention to details
• Works quickly and efficiently
• Maintains a clean and orderly work station
• Is an adaptive and a fast learner

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $25.00) plus tips
