Meteora is a destination for discovery, storytelling, and refined hospitality. We are seeking a Front of House Manager to lead daily service operations and uphold an elevated, highly personalized guest experience aligned with the ambition of our cuisine.

This role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for FOH operations, service execution, team development, reservations strategy, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of fine dining service and beverage.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and execute daily FOH service with precision, warmth, and consistency
• Train, mentor, and manage FOH staff; foster a professional, collaborative culture
• Oversee reservations, guest relations, and communication
• Manage labor, schedules, tip pool, nightly reconciliation, and financial controls
• Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure seamless service integration
• Maintain dining room readiness, POS accuracy, and FOH operational standards
• Support private events and special experiences

Qualifications:

• 3+ years FOH leadership experience in a high-end or Michelin-caliber environment
• Strong knowledge of elevated hospitality, service choreography, and guest relations
• Proficiency with OpenTable, Toast, and restaurant systems
• Financially literate; experienced with labor management and reconciliation
• Calm, detail-oriented, and service-driven under pressure
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
