You must be proficient in Sautee, Griddle and deep frying.
Prep work would be marinades, brines and making some doughs. Baking ability a major plus. I am creating unique original sandwiches and intend on creating lots of new and different specialties every month. You would be responsible for morning prep and working the line into the evening.
