Server Expectations:

• Providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a satisfactory experience
• Preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
• Following responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Maintaining expert knowledge of all menu offerings
• Helping guests to make selections from food and beverage menus, suggest courses and pairings, explain any off-menu dishes, answering all food preparation questions
• Being a team player—support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible
