Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Breakfast Restaurant Manager who will uphold our standards of service and lead the team in creating exceptional, memorable mornings for our guests. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in fine dining, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will manage staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while providing guests with an extraordinary experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast front-of-house team—including servers, hosts, and support staff to deliver impeccable service.

Oversee daily operations during breakfast service, ensuring smooth execution, timeliness, and high attention to detail.

Maintain and enforce standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.

Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and service flow.

Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs for breakfast operations.

Address guest needs and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain the highest level of satisfaction.

Monitor inventory and order front-of-house supplies as needed.

Support the implementation of training programs, service standards, and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Assist with transition to lunch operations, ensuring setup and staff handoff are efficient.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining or high-end hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred) and restaurant operations.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
