Executive Chef

We are looking for the perfect candidate for our new project involving Korean Fine Dining. 

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Fine Dining Michelin Restaurants
• Strong knowledge of Korean Cuisine and flavor profiles pertaining to traditional Korean Cuisine
• At least 3 years of Senior level kitchen leadership position and ability to lead a full kitchen
• In-depth COGS management experience and strong financial understanding, including proven strategies to positively affect a restaurant’s financial health
