Duties:
- Hiring New Restaurant Opening Kitchen Manager
- Executing training manuals
- Working with consultant to hone and perfect recipes
- Creatively tackle the flow of prep and service
- P&L review
- Schedule creation
- Ensure Department of Health guidelines are being followed
- Embrace and encourage our culture to continue to spread through our staff and guests
