PM DISHWASHER / KITCHEN STEWARD

Evening Shift | 4–5 Shifts per Week

Scratchboard Kitchen is seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to support evening service and keep our kitchen running smoothly. This role is essential to the flow and success of our team.

Availability on Friday and Saturday nights is required.

We value reliability and teamwork, and we treat each other with respect during service. Our kitchen is organized, professional, and built on clear communication.

What You’ll Do

• Wash, sanitize, polish, and properly store dishes and kitchen equipment

• Support the kitchen with light prep and organization as needed

• Work efficiently and stay focused during service

• Contribute to a clean, organized, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Comfortable staying active and lifting 25–50 lbs as needed

Schedule

• Evening shifts

• Friday and Saturday night availability required

• 4–5 shifts per week

• Typical start time: between 4:00–5:00 pm

• Consistent schedule week to week

LAVAPLATOS / AUXILIAR DE COCINA – TURNO PM

Turno de tarde | 4–5 turnos por semana

Scratchboard Kitchen busca un Lavaplatos / Auxiliar de Cocina confiable y trabajador para apoyar el servicio de la tarde y mantener nuestra cocina funcionando sin problemas.

Se requiere disponibilidad las noches de viernes y sábado.

Valoramos la responsabilidad y el trabajo en equipo, y nos tratamos con respeto durante el servicio. Nuestra cocina es organizada, profesional y basada en buena comunicación.

Lo Que Harás

• Lavar, desinfectar, pulir y guardar platos y equipo de cocina

• Apoyar con preparación ligera y organización según sea necesario

• Trabajar de manera eficiente durante el servicio

• Mantener un ambiente limpio, organizado y de trabajo en equipo

Lo Que Buscamos

• Experiencia en restaurante (preferida)

• Persona responsable, puntual y enfocada en el equipo

• Actitud positiva y buena ética de trabajo

• Capacidad para mantenerse activo y levantar entre 25 y 50 libras

Horario

• Turnos de tarde

• Disponibilidad requerida viernes y sábado por la noche

• 4–5 turnos por semana

• Hora de inicio típica: entre 4:00–5:00 p.m.

• Horario consistente semana a semana
