We are seeking an Executive Chef to take the reins of a high-energy, high-volume kitchen in New York City. This is a leadership role for a grounded, disciplined operator who knows how to balance soul, speed, and standards — and who can run a tight house without killing the vibe.
This kitchen moves fast. The food has edge, intention, and global influence. We’re looking for a chef with a strong palate, sharp execution, and the judgment to evolve menus thoughtfully — someone who understands how bold flavors, precise technique, and disciplined systems come together to create consistently excellent dining experiences.
What You’ll Do...You will work collaboratively with corporate chefs as the culinary and operational steward of the kitchen, responsible for maintaining food quality, menu integrity, and strong systems — while fostering a culture where team members feel supported, motivated, and set up to succeed. - Leading, developing, and mentoring a large culinary team
- Driving food quality, overseeing recipe integrity, consistency, and execution through busy services
- Managing inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to protect profitability
- Building and maintaining strong vendor and supplier partnerships
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Implementing systems that support operational excellence and scalability
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($125,000.00 - $155,000.00)
