Schedule

6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (8–9 hours/day with OT)

About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, people, and leadership.
As a Lead Catering Attendant, you are the heart of the on-site experience. You act as a mini General Manager, making sure food service runs smoothly, guests feel taken care of, and your team feels supported. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and help bring our company culture to life at each site.
This is a hands-on role with a clear next step for growth and reliable, consistent income.
What You’ll Be Doing Hospitality & Guest Experience

Be the friendly, professional face of service on-site.

Create a welcoming experience while adjusting hospitality style to each client’s vibe.

Communicate clearly with clients about food, service, and dietary needs (including allergies).

Maintain a positive, calm presence — even during busy rush periods.
Daily Operations

Oversee peak service times and ensure food looks great and flows smoothly.

Receive food deliveries, take and log temperatures (USDA standards).

Set up and manage:

Track items that are missing, damaged, returned, or 86’d.

Support breakdown, dishwashing, and reset for the next day.
Team Leadership

Lead and support Catering Attendants on-site.

Assign tasks like coffee service, refills, setup, and breakdown.

Answer questions, guide the team, and help solve problems in real time.

Be the go-to person before escalating issues.
Communication & Tools

Coordinate with dispatch and drivers on delivery timing.

Use tools like Slack, Asana, Google Docs, and Paycom to stay organized and connected. (We will train you on how to use these tools!)

Food service or catering experience is a plus, but not required
