Line Cook

Gabriel Kreuther, a Relais & Chateaux, Two Michelin-starred restaurant, is seeking passionate, experienced, and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team. We are currently interviewing for part time AM line cook positions.

Gabriel Kreuther provides the opportunity to work in an authentic environment alongside some of the most genuine and talented people in the hospitality industry.

 Job Requirements:

• 2+ years in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant, or similar experience. Only candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in the same establishment will be considered
• Good knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
• Strong personal drive, work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep

 Experience:

• Prior degree in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary university preferred
