We are seeking experienced, professional Servers to join a fast-paced, high-energy New York City restaurant. This role requires confidence, precision, and the ability to thrive during late-night service. Ideal candidates bring strong cocktail knowledge, polished guest interaction, and experience working in iconic or high-profile NYC restaurants.

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service

• Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment

• Guide guests through food and cocktail menus with confidence and accuracy

• Maintain awareness of guest needs throughout the dining experience

• Handle high-volume sections while maintaining composure and professionalism

Cocktail & Beverage Service

• Execute full cocktail service at the table, including spirits, wine, and specialty cocktails

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to upsell responsibly

• Coordinate closely with bartenders to ensure timely and accurate beverage delivery

Operations & Teamwork

• Thrive during late-night service and high-energy peak hours

• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and management team

• Follow all service standards, steps of service, and opening/closing procedures

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience in fast-paced, quality-driven restaurants

• Previous experience at well-known or iconic NYC restaurants strongly preferred

• Strong cocktail knowledge and comfort with full beverage service

• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills

• Professional demeanor with a hospitality-first mindset
