Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service

Handle high-volume sections while maintaining composure and professionalism
Cocktail & Beverage Service

Execute full cocktail service at the table, including spirits, wine, and specialty cocktails

Demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to upsell responsibly

Coordinate closely with bartenders to ensure timely and accurate beverage delivery
Operations & Teamwork

Qualifications

2+ years of serving experience in fast-paced, quality-driven restaurants

Previous experience at well-known or iconic NYC restaurants strongly preferred
