We are seeking a PM Closing Manager to take ownership of our evening operations and lead the floor during our busiest and most energetic service periods. This is a key leadership role, not a placeholder position, ideal for a confident, charismatic manager who thrives in late-night service, loves hospitality, and wants to grow within a respected and people-first organization.
You’ll be joining a strong, established leadership team consisting of a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and an additional Floor Manager, ensuring excellent support, collaboration, and coverage on the floor.
Schedule & Expectations

5 days per week

4 closing shifts per week (mandatory)

Closing shifts typically end between 12:30–1:30 AM, depending on the night

Two consecutive days off each week
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead PM service with confidence, warmth, and precision

Act as the primary manager on duty during closing shifts

Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to last call

Maintain high service standards, flow, and floor awareness during high-volume service

Support and motivate the FOH team through hands-on leadership

Collaborate closely with the GM, AGM, and Floor Manager to ensure seamless operations

Uphold brand standards, hospitality values, and operational excellence

Handle guest relations, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making with poise

Oversee nightly cash handling, closing procedures, and reporting
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a polished, hospitality-driven, and floor-focused leader who brings both personality and professionalism to the role.

Hospitality-first — guest experience always comes before everything else

A natural leader who thrives in high-energy, high-touch environments

Highly present on the floor, leading by example and setting the tone for service
You bring:

Strong beverage, cocktail, and spirits knowledge, with a passion for agave, terroir-driven ingredients, and craft mixology

Experience in high-volume, upscale restaurants, cocktail bars, or luxury hospitality environments

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly within an established management team

Confidence, composure, and the ability to manage late-night service with consistency

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
