Position Summary
We are seeking experienced hospitality leaders to support restaurant operations within a hotel environment. These roles range from Floor Manager to General Manager, depending on experience, and are focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading service teams, and maintaining high operational standards in a hotel setting.
The ideal candidate is service-driven, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment while collaborating closely with hotel leadership.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service

Lead daily floor and/or restaurant operations to ensure seamless, high-quality service

Uphold and execute elevated hospitality and service standards

Actively engage with guests, manage VIP experiences, and resolve issues in real time

Set the tone on the floor through presence, professionalism, and attention to detail
Team Leadership & Development

Train, coach, and develop FOH teams on service standards and expectations

Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing service training

Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management

Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture
Operations & Collaboration
-
Oversee floor coverage, pacing, and communication between FOH, BOH, and hotel teams

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

Partner with hotel leadership and culinary teams to align service and operations

Step into broader operational leadership as needed based on role level
Financial & Administrative (GM-level focus)

Support or own budgeting, labor management, and cost control

Review operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Maintain systems and processes to ensure consistency and scalability
Qualifications
-
3+ years of restaurant or hotel management experience (Floor Manager, AGM, or GM)
-
Strong background in hotel or hospitality-driven environments
-
Proven ability to lead teams in service-focused operations

Excellent communication, organization, and guest-relations skills

Calm, confident leadership style with strong floor presence

NYC experience strongly preferred
