Job Details

We are looking for creative and self-motivated Head Cooks and Head Line Cooks for a neighborhood French bistro/cafe located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Be a part of a supportive and dynamic team in a friendly and stable work environment where creativity is encouraged!

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years experience
-Great work ethic and reliability with a passion for delivering a high quality dishes
-Extremely clean and organized
-Punctual and reliable
-Team player
-Able to handle high volume and stay calm under pressure
- NYC Food Protection Certification
-Creative and able to improve and build on existing menu
-Knowledge of French cuisine is a plus but not a requirement

Compensation:

-Great pay
-One week vacation/one week sick days
