Prep Cook

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, quality, and consistency in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists

• Assist line cooks and chefs with daily food preparation

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

• Maintain a clean and organized prep area

• Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients (FIFO)

• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required

• Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
