Now Hiring: Back of House (BOH) Team Members

Line Cook | Production | Bakery (Cross-Trained Role)

The Biscuit Lady is expanding to West Chester, and we’re building a strong, dependable Back of House team to support our growing brand. We’re looking for BOH team members who are excited to be cross-trained across all kitchen and production areas, including line cooking and bakery production.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items during service as a line cook
• Assist with bakery and production prep, including biscuit and baked-good production
• Follow recipes, portioning, and quality standards with consistency
• Support daily prep, production schedules, and service flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with FOH and leadership during busy shifts
• Be cross-trained in all BOH positions to support team coverage and growth

What We’re Looking for

• Previous kitchen, line cook, or food production experience preferred
• Baking or pastry experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Open availability, including early mornings, weekends, and peak hours
• Willingness to learn and grow across multiple BOH roles
