🍽️ Front of House (FOH) Team Members

Position: Front of House Team Member

Location: The Biscuit Lady – West Chester

Type: Part-time & Full-time available

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality
• Take orders accurately and efficiently (POS experience a plus)
• Serve food and beverages with care and attention to presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house space
• Work collaboratively with BOH, runners, and leadership during busy shifts
• Create an exceptional guest experience every single time

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player mindset with a strong work ethic
• Weekend availability preferred
• Restaurant or café experience is a plus, but not required
